We often seek solace from these conditions through means that are not healthy or sustainable. Perhaps you’ve sought assistance before, only to be frustrated by the persistence of your concerns and symptoms, or you felt unheard.
Having reliable, easy strategies that help dissolve the stress is possible for everyone. This yoga therapy program assists with the negative impact of unchecked stress (burnout, fatigue, physical illness, depression, anxiety) by teaching stress resilience, minimising the day-to-day impact and providing preventative measures for the future, in an easy and accessible way.

This Reclaim your Calm program includes:
1 Foundation Session (75 mins)
To go through history, create your unique plan, and provide you with methods and tools to begin minimising the effects of stress.
5 Private Sessions (60 mins ea.)
Weekly or fortnightly to further customise your plan and make adjustments to deliver more powerful and long-lasting results.
5 Zoom or Phone Calls (10-15 mins ea.)
Scheduled between Private Sessions to answer any questions, provide support and keep the progress going.
